VXS EDUCATION
VISION TRAINING
Vision training involves exercises designed to improve visual skills and efficiency, enhancing abilities like convergence, divergence, visual tracking, and depth perception. It can benefit athletes with visual deficiencies or those seeking to optimize their performance. By engaging in targeted activities, participants can strengthen their eye-brain coordination and overall visual processing.
MENTAL PERFORMANCE
Mental performance for athletes encompasses the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral skills that boost their competitive edge, such as focus, confidence, and resilience. Techniques such as visualization, mindfulness, and goal-setting can help athletes manage pressure and maintain peak performance. By cultivating a strong mental game, athletes can improve their consistency and overall success in practice and competition.
APPLICATION
Integrating vision training and physical coordination into an athlete's routine enhances visual processing skills, leading to quicker reactions and better situational awareness. Combining this with mental performance strategies helps athletes maintain focus and confidence under pressure. By regularly practicing vision, physical coordination drill work, and mental training, athletes can create habits that maximize their physical and cognitive capabilities.

The VXS program offers thousands of drill variations to target both vision training and physical coordination, offering athletes a diverse range of options to improve their all around skills. These drills can include activities like juggling, ball tracking, reaction time exercises, eye-hand coordination, and balance movements, all designed to enhance visual-motor integration. The combination of technology and physical drills offer an accessible and easy to perform option for all athletes. Drills are systematically programmed with growth in mind, as the athlete grows, the program will offer additional challenges and athletes will “level up” throughout the training process.

20-30 MINS PER WEEK IS ALL IT TAKES
The training program is developed with flexibility in mind. The ‘Athlete Schedule’ is programmed for 3 Days of training per week, but athletes ultimately have the option to train when they want, how they want. Each official Training Cycle is 13 Weeks and incorporates vision assessments, mental performance assessments, vision training drills, cognitive drills, physical coordination drills, and mental performance techniques. On average training should take 20-30 minutes per week to complete.

ASSESSMENTS & ANALYTICS
VISION ASSESSMENTS:
Vision training assessments evaluate an athlete's visual skills, including eye-alignment, depth perception, convergence, divergence, and visual processing. This specific assessment provides a comprehensive analysis of an athlete's visual performance, helping identify areas for improvement.
THE ACSI-28:
The ACSI-28 Coping Skills Assessment is a tool created to assess an athlete's mental performance by examining their coping strategies in competitive settings. Developed by Smith, R. E., Schutz, R. W., Smoll, F. L., and Ptacek, J. T. in 1995, VisionX has been authorized to incorporate the ACSI-28 into its Mental Performance program. This assessment highlights 28 essential dimensions of coping, including concentration, anxiety management, and self-confidence, offering valuable insights into how athletes respond to pressure and overcome challenges.

REAL-TIME DATA:
Data and analytics deliver real-time feedback to athletes, allowing them to track their performance metrics and make adjustments as they train.
