How is Personal Information used?

We use your Personal Information to provide the Site, to communicate with you, conduct market research, investigate and respond to potential or actual claims of criminal or prohibited behavior, comply with and enforce legal requirements, and for any other purpose with your consent. Lawfulness of the processing is one of the main principles relating to processing of your Personal Information - we apply the following legal processing grounds:

  • Processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests like improving the quality of the Site and Service.

  • Processing is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations or that is otherwise lawful under applicable data protection laws.

  • You have given consent.

How is Personal Information shared?

To operate the Site and support our business operations, we may share certain information internally and with a limited, specifically selected service provider that supports the functionality of the Site. We may also disclose Personal Information where we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.

Any information shared with our service provider is used solely for purposes related to hosting, maintaining, and supporting the Site and its underlying technology.

Whenever we share Personal Information internally or with our service provider, we implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Our service provider is permitted to access Personal Information only as necessary to perform its designated services and is required to maintain appropriate measures to protect such information.

How do you store and how long do you keep Personal Information?

We are committed to keep your data secure. Any Personal Information that you provide to us and from which you can be identified is stored securely and confidentially and is processed in accordance with the applicable law. We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing of your Personal Information. We store your Personal Information for one year after your last visit to the Site.
